Wind & Flowers

🌸 Wind & Flowers 🍃
level 3, caihong

Located in one of the busier parts of Caihong, Wind & Flowers is a somewhat small wine shop with warm, lively decor and indoor and courtyard seating. It sells and serves a wide selection of wine and a significantly smaller selection of food and non-alcoholic beverages.

⭐️ Owners: Shi Qingxuan (@winepouring) and Hua Cheng (@fafa)

🍶 Menu
All the wines available at Wind & Flowers come from producers from Prismatica or the surrounding moons. These wines have a prismatic sheen from the fruits and grains used to produce them. They can be purchased in both small and large jars.

⭐️ Huangjiu (yellow wines)
The largest selection in the shop, these wines run from dry to sweet, with some dessert-like wines available. The color ranges from a light yellow to a deeper red depending on the variety. The alcohol content varies between 18%-20%. If ordered, these wines will be served warm.

⭐️ Baijiu (clear alcohol)
The second largest selection, these drinks are clear in color, and their flavor can range from sweet and floral to dry and savory. The alcohol content for these drinks is significantly higher than that of huangjiu, with some varieties having an alcohol content around 60%. These are served at room temperature, and the by-the-cup selection changes daily based on the food menu.

⭐️ Fruit wines
Mostly grape wines, these have a slightly lower alcohol content than the yellow wines. There are both white and red wines available, and they range from dry to sweet. Depending on the variety, these might be served warm or chilled.

⭐️ Ghost wines
A unique subset of the wines sold at Wind & Flowers, these wines are specially selected by Hua Cheng and are able to intoxicate the undead. They boast a higher alcohol content than other wines in the shop, but their flavor profiles still vary depending on the variety selected.

⭐️ Tea
Teas are served in house by the pot. While Wind & Flowers does not sell tea to take home, the teas available in house are all high quality.

⭐️ Small bites
There is no kitchen at Wind & Flowers, so the food available ranges from fresh fruits to a small catered menu of sweets, pastries, and other quick eats.
